Eurosport Fitness Innovations Inc. (here after referred to as "Eurosport" or "we" ) values the trust our customers place in the company. Accordingly, we adhere to the highest ethical standards in gathering, using and safeguarding customer information that is entrusted to the company.

Use and Collection of Customer Information
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit-card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status.

You may voluntarily sign up to be informed about certain offers. For this service we need only an e-mail address, which we use to send the information you requested.

We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important changes to the Web site, as well as new Eurosport services and special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, please notify us. Make sure to notify us for each account or e-mail address you have left with us.

Eurosport does not rent, sell or exchange information about its customers. Access to information about our customers is restricted to the Eurosport Fitness Innovations family of business. Eurosport Web sites collect personally identifiable information (such as name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) from Web site visitors only when visitors voluntarily provide such information. Web site visitors who do not want their personally identifiable information collected online are asked not to submit such information to Eurosport.

Eurosport Web site visitors are informed that when they provide us with personally identifiable information online, that information is kept within the Eurosport Fitness family of businesses. Visitors are further informed that, unless specifically stated otherwise the personally identifiable information may be stored and used by Eurosport to better understand its customers' needs, to improve our product and services, and to contact customers regarding offers that may be of interest to them.

If Eurosport Web site visitors previously provided their e-mail addresses to us and would like to have their e-mail addresses removed from our e-mail mailing lists, We asks them to send an e-mail message to info@eurosportfitness.com. Eurosport informs such visitors that it will use reasonable efforts to delete their e-mail addresses from its existing files.

Children
Eurosport has no intention of collecting personally identifiable information (name, address, telephone number, or e-mail address) from children (individuals under the age of 13) online and using that information for marketing purposes. Where appropriate, we will specifically instruct children not to submit such information on our Web sites.

If a child has provided us with an e-mail address, we asks that a parent or guardian of the child contact info@eurosportfitness.com if they would like the e-mail address deleted from our e-mail mailing lists. Eurosport informs customers that we will use reasonable efforts to delete such e-mail addresses from its existing files.
